A site plan for a residential or commercial development featuring multiple buildings, parking spaces, green areas, and landscaping details.

Chapel Street, Bedworth, Warwickshire

A land and build package deal with Midland Heart that will deliver nine houses and nine apartments across a three‑storey block, thoughtfully arranged to maximise housing provision within a tightly constrained site while safeguarding neighbouring access and amenity.

Substantial sheet piling works underpinned the development, enabling deep excavations and safely retaining neighbouring boundaries within a compact footprint.

Careful management of constrained site logistics and phased working ensured continuous access for adjacent properties throughout construction, and the final scheme responds sensitively to the local context through considered massing and material choices that sit comfortably alongside surrounding streetscapes.

Devoran Close, Bedworth, Warwickshire

A land and build package deal with Midland Heart which comprises seven three‑bed houses delivered on an extremely tight site where careful management of logistics, trades and relationships with the neighbouring community is critical to success.

The contract included complex section 278 works to adjust the public highway and the reinstatement of a blocked drainage culvert to ensure long‑term serviceability, while construction sequencing and on‑site storage were tightly coordinated to minimise disruption and maintain smooth progress.

Close engagement with adjacent residents and businesses, strict traffic management plans and robust contractor briefs keep safety and access clear throughout the programme, allowing the homes to be completed to specification and handed over on time without compromising the surrounding area or amenity of the local community.

Hurst Hill, Bilston, West Midlands

The scheme delivers eight new residential units on a constrained brownfield site, which required an extensive programme of pre-construction works, including detailed ground investigation, demolition and careful remediation, targeted ground improvement and mine grouting to mitigate legacy mining risks. Thoughtful sequencing and compact site logistics minimised disruption to neighbouring properties while enabling the safe removal of contaminated material and the installation of engineered foundations tailored to variable ground conditions. Practical construction methods, combined with robust risk management and close commercial control, ensured effective cost and programme management, will transform a constrained, high-risk plot into a deliverable and sustainable housing solution.
